At Memorial Crystals™, every keepsake is custom-prepared with care before it is shipped. Because our products often require photo review, background removal, 2D or 3D artwork preparation, engraving setup, crystal production, quality review, and careful packaging, shipping time is separate from production time.

Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Order Processing and Production Time

Most Memorial Crystals™ products are custom-made after your order is placed. Production may include photo preparation, artist review, 3D conversion, engraving setup, crystal production, quality inspection, packaging, and fulfillment.

Production times shown on our website, product pages, checkout pages, or order communications are estimates and may vary based on order volume, photo quality, artist review requirements, product availability, supplier schedules, holidays, and other factors outside our direct control.

If we need additional information from you before production can begin, such as a better photo, clarification about personalization, approval of an adjustment, or confirmation of additional international shipping charges, production may be delayed until we receive your response.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production is completed and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. The date you place your order is not necessarily the date your item ships.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States to eligible shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary based on the product ordered, destination, package size, carrier availability, and current shipping rates. Any available domestic shipping options will be shown at checkout when applicable.

International Shipping

Memorial Crystals™ may accept international orders on a case-by-case basis.

For international shipping orders, you may be able to place your order through our website; however, additional shipping charges may apply after the order is placed. If additional international shipping charges are required, we will contact you before production begins.

Production will not begin until any additional international shipping charges are reviewed and approved by you. If you do not wish to proceed with the additional shipping charges, we may cancel the order and issue a refund before production begins.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, local taxes, carrier fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless specifically stated.

International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing, carrier availability, destination-country procedures, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address before submitting your order.

Memorial Crystals LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has entered production, packaging, or shipping.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to pick up the package, customs refusal, or other delivery issue not caused by Memorial Crystals LLC, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If the package cannot be reshipped or the customer does not respond to our attempts to resolve the issue, the order may not be eligible for a refund because custom-made products cannot generally be returned to inventory or resold.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are largely controlled by the carrier. If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If tracking shows unusual delay, no movement, or a possible delivery issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the carrier review or claim process. Carrier investigations may take time and may require confirmation from the customer.

Memorial Crystals LLC is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues whenever possible.

Delivered Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desks, or local carrier offices.

Please contact us as soon as possible if the package still cannot be located. We may assist with reviewing tracking information or initiating a carrier claim when available, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the damage, clear photos of the product, photos of the shipping box, photos of the packing materials, and photos of any visible carrier damage.

Please keep the damaged item, original box, shipping label, and packing materials until the issue is resolved. The carrier may require this information for inspection or claim purposes.

After review, we may offer a replacement, remake, repair, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion, consistent with our Refund / Exchange / Custom Order Policy.

Order Issues

If your order is incorrect, missing an item, or appears materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Because our products are custom-made, we may request photos, order details, packaging information, or other documentation to help us determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays and Customer Notice

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website, product pages, checkout pages, or order communications. If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, online sellers are generally expected under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule to ship within 30 days. If a seller cannot ship within the promised timeframe, the seller must generally notify the customer and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

If production or shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we may contact you with an update. Depending on the situation, we may offer continued production, a revised estimated shipping timeframe, or cancellation if production has not already begun or if cancellation is otherwise required by law.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on the products ordered, product availability, production location, or fulfillment process. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on the order, destination, service availability, and fulfillment method. Carrier selection may vary and is not guaranteed unless a specific shipping method is offered and selected at checkout.
